The Varmá sports centre and leisure area includes not just facilities and pitches for ball games but also a heated running track, biking area and a children's playground. A campsite operates there in summer.

The geothermally heated outdoor swimming pool at Varmá includes "hot pots" and a sauna and makes a perfect place to start or end a day of outdoor leisure, or simply to relax in fine surroundings.
